Rules and Regulations for Smart Car Give Away
- Prize Draw:
• Eligibility for Sellers: All Seller Brokerage Agreements must have a list date between May 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009 in order for the seller(s) to be entered to win. One entry per listed property. Multiple listings of the same property without successful sale including a property that expires and is relisted or a property that is terminated and relisted will not result in additional entries. Contracts that are terminated prior to their expiry date will eliminate the seller(s) entry into the draw. Multi listing projects including developments with more than one listing in the same building or complex will only be eligible for one entry per project.
• Eligibility for Buyers: All Purchase Agreements must have Final Acceptance signed between May 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009 and be written by a Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd. licensed Realtor in order for the buyer(s) to be entered to win. Entrants must remove all conditions from their purchase in order for their entry into the draw to be completed. Contracts that are not completed successfully (Non-waiver of Conditions) will eliminate the buyers entry.
All offers must be written by a Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd. licensed Realtor to be eligible for the draw. Should the acting Realtor's license cease to be held at Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd., the clients entries into the draw shall remain valid and eligible to win.
- Draw Date:
The draw will be held on Friday, May 29 between 9 am and 4pm.
- Notification for Winner:
Within two weeks of the Prize Draw date, the winner will be contacted in writing by Century 21 Vantage Realty. The winners' names will be posted on Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd.'s website. www.century21vantage.com The winner will have 31 days from the draw date to respond and claim the prize. If after this period the winner cannot be located, the Company will redraw from all other eligible entrants.
- Prize:
2008 smart fortwo coupe (valued approximately at $18,250 plus applicable charges from the dealership, including taxes, freight, PDI, and administration charge) This prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutes. Prize may not be exactly as shown.
- Restrictions and Notices to Entrants:
Contest rules prohibit the following from being entered to win: Staff and Realtors working for Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd. at any time during the Car Give Away, as well as relatives of staff and Realtors working for Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd. at any time during the Car Give Away are not eligible to win. All entrants must be 18 years or older to win. In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd. will award the prize to any individual whose name is listed on the stub. The Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd. is not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals. We do not rent, sell or trade our contact lists. The personal information collected by Century 21 Vantage Realty Ltd. for this draw will be used only to notify winners.
